Fly Fishing Classes

BIG MOUNTAIN EVENING CLASSES:

• Every Tuesday and Thursday evening
• 7-8:30 PM
• June through September
• $20/person

These classes are booked directly with Big Mountain at
406-862-2900.

 

HALF DAY FLY CASTING CLASSES:

These are 4-hour classes and are an excellent way for participants to learn the basics of fly casting and fly fishing.

Lessons are held on a private lake stocked with cutthroat trout. Cedar Lake is located 15 minutes north of Columbia Falls and has a park-like setting, great for families that want to learn about fly fishing while catching a fish.

• Cost $195 for 2 people
• Each additional person $35.

RENTAL SERVICES:

Lakestream also offers an equipment rental service.

We have waders & boots, fins, float tubes, and Sage rods & reels available by the day or multiple days. Remember if you have any questions call or e-mail and we'll gladly answer.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 deposit per guided trip of half-day fly casting class is requested in order to secure the reservation. This deposit is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled 2 days prior to the date of the trip.
