Flathead River

The Main Stem of the Flathead River is only minutes from the doors of our fly shop in whitefish. It’s also very convenient to Kalispell and Columbia Falls. Your guide can pick you up at the fly shop and bring you back at the end of the day. We offer full and half day guided trips on the Main Stem of the Flathead River. This is by far, our most popular trip!

Clark fork river

The Clark Fork river is the largest river by volume in the state of Montana. It’s headwaters are in close proximity of the Continental Divide, flowing northwest and north. Once it reaches Missoula, the Clark fork flows towards the Idaho Border and eventually meets the Columbia River.

Hard charging and acrobatic, the Rainbow Trout will show you a great time in this river! The Clark Fork is also home to some of the most beautiful Westslope Cutthroat Trout in the state.

Blackfoot River

The Blackfoot River originates from the Continental Divide, flowing west, while picking up water from spring creeks and snow melt. The Blackfoot river eventually meets the Clark Fork River, east of Missoula.

The Blackfoot is fabled water of Montana, and one of the most famous stretches of water in the world. We typically start fly fishing the Blackfoot in the Spring, as early as the last week of June.

Missouri River

The Missouri River is the longest river in North America. Rising in the Rocky Mountains of western Montana, the Missouri flows east and south for 2,341 miles. The Mighty Mo is a river that every fly fisherman should fish!

Lake days

We have an extensive list of lakes available to guide on. From Trout to Pike, Our guides know where the fish spend their time, and will put you on them. We typically offer our Lake Guided Trips when the local rivers are muddy and non-fishable in late May through June.

We also offer our popular family trips on Whitefish Lake, where everyone catches fish and has a great time! From the seasoned lake fly fisherman to the family that wants to catch fish on spinning rods, Our guides will get you hooked up!
